Burnout Free Christmas is the system I designed to help me get through the Christmas season without losing my mind.

Before I started working this way, I never really enjoyed Christmas. I was just too exhausted (and usually sick). 

This system helped me to stay on top of my wholesale orders, prepare for all my shows and markets, do all of my marketing tasks and fulfil all of my website orders.

I was still busy, and tired, but it was quicker, easier and less stressful to make the most of the sales opportunities, so I was making more money than I had before.

We'll use Trello (a simple tool with a free plan) to set up our system, although you can also customise it to use with other tools)


I'll give you templates that you can plug into your account with some options and suggestions, and show you how to adapt them for your business.

I'll show you how it works and why it's such a simple and easy system to use.

This isn't a course that is going to take a long time to get through.

You'll get the most out of the system once you start using it, so we'll cover the basics of how to manage your workload in a couple of short videos and then we'll move on to showing you how to set up and use the Trello Boards.

I'll show you how to use the templates, with some suggestions on how you might want to customise them. Plus some tips and advice from my own experience of using this system,

    Do I need this if I already have the Maker's Yearbook?

    "Burnout Free Christmas" is actually the perfect partner to the Maker's Yearbook.

    If you're using "Burnout Free Christmas" with the yearbook, we would recommend planning your upcoming workload in "Burnout Free Christmas" and using the Maker's Yearbook to manage your tasks each day and to reflect on your progress at the end of each month. 

    Is this for me if I don't use the Maker's Yearbook?

    Absolutely. "Burnout Free Christmas" is going to help you, no matter which planner you use - and even if you don't use one at all. 

    How much time will it take?

    This is an investment of time now that is going to save you loads of time later. 


    You should be able to get through the videos in a couple of hours and you should set aside another hour or so for customising the boards for your business and entering all of the information you'll need to have at your fingertips.

    What if I'm not a maker?

    This course and system is specifically designed to help artists, makers and handmade business owners.


    It could definitely be customised to help other business owners, but there will be some content that is not relevant to you.
